CutLog v7.50 release changes

There is new features related to previous release:

- Basic data - all screens redesigned to have uniform design and functionality
- Possible define colors for Basic data screen grids
- Changing UI language improved

Basic data screens redesigned to have uniform design and functionality

This is basically the most visible change. All screens for entering basic data has common look and functionality:

As you can see:

- selected row is yellow and selected column is dark-yellow
- CTRL+DELETE or 'Delete' button allows you to delete selected row.
- ESC, or Qquit' button closes this screen

This makes all screens more user friendly and data better to modify. Also in case of error, there is red mark with help, when mouse pointer is over it.
