CutLog v7.35 release changes

There are several new features and improvements:

- FlexiCut2 - Different cut maximum width/height
- SAAS for optional modules
- Backup tool is now blocked while CutLog is running
- further heavy internal refactoring
- upgrade background  GUI components

FlexiCut2 - Different cut maximum width/height

Since this version you can define maximum possible cut size limited by equipment itself separately for height or width: 

It gives you to even more flexibility to define more parameters base on your equipment.
