CutLog v7.33 release changes

There are several new features and improvements:

- fix history of calculations
- heavy internal refactoring
- upgrade background  GUI components

CutLog upgrade to .NET 7

We have started process of upgrading CutLog to the latest version of .NET. Now we are using .NET Framework 4.8 which iis supported by Microsoft base on support of operating system see this link on Microsoft site for more details. It seems, that MS will support .NET Framework for many years, but who knows. In addition this migration will allow to run CutLog on more platforms like Linux or MacOS.

It takes many months to do this. So it is good to know this plan.
